Internal shipping draft workflow

- Secondary contact documents: Tax ID / NIT / RUC / CUIT / EORI / VAT. - Europe shipments: EORI is mandatory for ICS2 in the Secondary Party. - Cargo description must be in English and include DU-E, NCM and HS in the BL body. - USA: "Pallets" alone is not accepted as package type. Detail the content, for example: 40 cardboard boxes on 2 pallets. - Europe: HBL must contain NCM and HS with at least 6 digits by product/group, country of origin in the HBL body, and a clear detailed description linked to NCM and HS. - DU-E note: Send the cleared DU-E extract to ExportLCLBR@lns.maersk.com. - All weight/volume fields must use dot (.) instead of comma (,).
